Availability and policies are subject to change. All fees are confirmed with you before your deposit is collected. Appointments are not final until I confirm them with you and collect your deposit (mobile notary only).

Mobile Appointment
This service is available in Pittsburgh and the surrounding communities and counties.
- A deposit is collected when your booking is confirmed and applied to your total. See the fee schedule.
- A travel fee applies, based on driving distance. Estimate your fees.
- Have ready: your unsigned document, a current, unexpired photo ID for every signer (see the FAQ for accepted ID), your address, and your preferred date and time.

Remote Online Appointment
Sign from your phone or computer in a secure audio-video session with me.
- Use the same booking link and add “remote” to the booking notes.
- No travel and no travel fee. No deposit; I send an invoice for the session.
- Have ready: your unsigned document, a valid, unexpired state-issued photo ID or passport that you can hold up to the camera, and a device with a camera and microphone.
Rush and Late-Night Requests
For same-day or rush appointments, I will do my best to accommodate you. Book your preferred time online if it is available, then text me if it is within the next four hours.
Requests after 10 PM are by request only and are not available through the online form, so please call, email, or text to inquire. Rush and late-night fees apply. See the fee schedule for details.
