Estimate your Mobile Notary Appointment Fees

Availability and policies are subject to change. All fees are confirmed with you before your deposit is collected.

Step 1: Check Your Distance

Mobile appointment fees are based on the driving distance, one way, from the center of Westwood to where we meet. Tap the button below. Google Maps opens with the center of Westwood as the starting point. Enter your address as the destination and note the driving miles.

Step 2: Find Your Travel Fee

5 – 15 miles	$55
15 – 25 miles	$75
25 – 40 miles	$100

Step 3: Add the Notarial Fee

Pennsylvania sets the fee for each notarial act. Most documents are $5 per act. An acknowledgment is $5 for the first signer plus $2 for each additional signer. See the full fee schedule for every act.

Step 4: Add Extras, If They Apply

• Rush, booked less than 4 hours ahead: $35
• Late night, 10 PM to 6 AM: $100
• Waiting time: $15 per 15 minutes after a 10-minute grace period
• Major holidays: $75 to $150, depending on availability

One signer, acknowledgment, 20 miles away	$5 + $75 = $80
One signer, 8 miles away, booked 2 hours ahead	$5 + $55 + $35 = $95
