General Mobile Notary

Acknowledgments, oaths and affirmations, signature witnessing and certified copies, for items like powers of attorney, affidavits and real estate documents. I travel to you in Pittsburgh and the surrounding communities and counties, or we can do it online! Bring the unsigned document(s) and a valid photo ID.

Remote Online Notarization

Sign from your phone or computer in a secure audio-video session with me, from anywhere in the United States. There is no travel and no travel fee. You’ll need a device with a camera and microphone and a valid photo ID, and I’ll verify your identity as part of the session.

Please verify with the document issuer if this option is valid in your state for the document you need notarized. This service is available within the United States and its territories, and in some cases from abroad. See the FAQ for more details.

Loan Signings

I’m an NNA Certified and Background Screened Notary Signing Agent. I handle the signing of mortgage, refinance, HELOC, and other loan documents for borrowers, title companies, and lenders.

Sending a document overseas? I handle the notarization (if it needs one) and coordinate the apostille process by mail, for documents from any U.S. state.
