Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Done over a secure video platform, from anywhere in the United States. There is no travel fee and no deposit.

Booking, Deposits, and Payment
- Mobile notary appointments require a $25 deposit. It is collected when I confirm your booking and disclose the fees, and it is applied to your total once our session is complete.
- Life got lifey? No worries. It can be moved with 4+ hours’ notice, but it is forfeited if you cancel inside 4 hours or are a no-show. See the policies page for details.
- Remote online notarizations (RON) take no deposit.
- Payment is due once services are completed, unless we have made other arrangements in advance. Deposits and witness fees are due in advance of our appointment. All non-statutory fees and payment terms are at the discretion of the notary.
- Apostille facilitation fees, along with state and county fees and postage, are due up front, before I submit your documents.
- Payments accepted: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, credit card. No surcharge. No checks.
- An itemized receipt or invoice is provided.
